Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At ELMNT Wellness™, appointment times and resources are reserved specifically for you. Many of our services require practitioner preparation, equipment setup, and extended time blocks. To respect our team and ensure availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies based on service type.

Practitioner-Guided Services

(Includes: Colon Hydrotherapy, IV Therapy, Massage Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Practitioner-Led Sessions)


Deposit Requirement

  • A $50 deposit is required to reserve Colon Hydrotherapy and Lymphatic Massage.

  • Deposits are applied toward the total service price at checkout.
     

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice with no penalty.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a lost deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
     

No-Shows

  • Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a full service charge.
     

Late Arrivals

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next scheduled client.

  • Full service fees apply regardless of session length if the appointment cannot be completed.
     

Repeat Cancellations

  • Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

 

Group Classes & Practitioner-Led Classes

(Breathwork, Guided Meditation, Movement, Workshops, Small Group Sessions)

  • Classes may be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a loss of class credit for members

 

Core Wellness Services (Self-Guided / Equipment-Based)

(Includes: Sauna, Cold Therapy, Contrast Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Compression Therapy, PEMF, Salt Room)

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty.

  • Late cancellations may result in loss of session credit for members

 

Add-On Services

(Includes IV add-ons, injections, enhancements added to a booked service)

  • Add-on services are not subject to a separate cancellation policy.

  • Add-ons are only provided in conjunction with completed primary service.

  • If the primary service is cancelled late or missed, any associated add-ons will not be honored.

 

Memberships & Packages

  • Cancellation policies apply equally to members and package holders.

  • Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in:

    • Session forfeiture, or

    • A fee equal to the service value.

 

Emergencies & Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered at management’s discretion.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Completed services, packages, memberships, add-ons, and retail products are non-refundable. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of services or applicable fees. Refunds, if any, are situation-based and issued solely at the discretion of management.
