Colon Hydrotherapy

Angel of Water® Open-System Experience

Gentle Support for Digestive Balance & Whole-Body Wellness

Colon hydrotherapy is a practitioner-guided wellness service designed to support the body’s natural elimination process. Using warm, filtered water in a calm and private setting, this service assists in cleansing the large intestine while promoting comfort, relaxation, and balance.

Our approach is intentionally gentle, unrushed, and aligned with professional colon hydrotherapy standards. Sessions are guided with care and respect for the body’s natural rhythms.

Our Approach

All sessions are performed using the Angel of Water open-system, a gravity-fed system widely respected for its safety, comfort, and natural design. This open-system approach allows the body to release waste at its own pace, similar to a natural bowel movement, rather than forcing elimination.

What Makes Open-System Colon Hydrotherapy Different?

  • Allow water to enter the colon gently by gravity

  • Enable natural evacuation throughout the session

  • Maintain continuous control of water flow, pressure, and temperature

  • Services performed by a nationally board-certified colon hydrotherapist

  • Low-pressure and gravity-fed provides more natural and intuitive feel

  • Encourages relaxation and a parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) response

What to Expect During Your Session

Your session is private, calming, and fully guided by a certified practitioner.

A typical session includes:

  • Personal Intake Review & Conversation

Your colon hydrotherapist will begin by reviewing your intake form with you through a brief, supportive conversation to better understand your health history, comfort level, and wellness goals.

  • First-Time Client Orientation (if applicable)

For first-time clients, you’ll be gently introduced to the Angel of Water® system, the colon hydrotherapy process, what sensations to expect, and how the body typically responds during a session.

  • Questions & Comfort Check

There is ample time to ask questions and address any concerns before the session begins, ensuring you feel informed, comfortable, and at ease.

  • Preparation & Privacy

Once the introduction is complete, you’ll be given privacy to comfortably position yourself on the system at your own pace. When ready, you’ll ring the hydrotherapist back into the room to begin the session.

  • Session Duration

The orientation and intake discussion typically take approximately 15 minutes. The colon hydrotherapy session itself generally lasts 35–45 minutes and is thoughtfully tailored to each client’s individual needs and comfort.

  • Private, Comfortable Setting

You’ll rest comfortably on the Angel of Water® system in a private, serene treatment room designed for relaxation and ease.

  • Gentle, Respectful Setup

A sterile, single-use speculum is gently placed, with the option for self-insertion available to support comfort, dignity, and personal control.

  • Warm, Filtered Water Introduction

Warm, filtered water is slowly introduced using a gravity-fed process designed to support a gentle, natural experience.

  • Natural Elimination Process

Waste is released naturally throughout the session, allowing the body to respond at its own pace.

  • Optional Supportive Techniques

With your permission, gentle techniques such as light reflexology and abdominal massage may be incorporated as needed to support comfort and natural movement.

  • Ongoing Monitoring & Care

Throughout the session, water flow, pressure, temperature, and overall balance are continuously monitored to support safety, comfort, and a restorative experience.

While every experience is unique, many describe the session as grounding, relieving, and deeply relaxing.
