As a local provider serving veterans through the VA Community Care Network and Zeel, we offer medical massage for eligible veterans with an approved VA referral.

ASK YOUR VA PROVIDER
Talk with your VA Primary Care Provider (PCP) about your pain, mobility concerns, or other symptoms and ask whether massage therapy through the VA Community Care Network may be appropriate for you.

GET YOUR VA REFERRAL
If your VA provider approves massage therapy, the VA will issue a Community Care referral/authorization. Your referral can then be coordinated through Zeel, a VA Community Care Network provider for massage therapy.

CHOOSE ELMNT WELLNESS
Request ELMNT Wellness as your local treatment location when available. We provide individualized medical massage sessions focused on your approved needs, which may include chronic pain, muscle tension, stiffness, mobility limitations, and improving overall comfort and function.

BEGIN YOUR APPROVED SESSIONS
Your VA authorization determines the number and frequency of covered massage sessions. We’ll provide your care according to your authorization and work to make each visit comfortable, professional, and focused on your individual needs.
