In our intimate group setting, a small group of participants gather to explore meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement in a way that feels both personal and transformative. With carefully curated programming, calming acoustics, and gentle guidance from expert facilitators, The ELMNT Studio invites you to slow down, tune inward, and restore balance to your body and mind — all within a warm, welcoming community.

Ether
Meditation Session
Ether, also known as Akasha, is the subtle fifth ELMNT—the space from which everything arises. It represents pure presence, awareness, and the quiet field of potential that holds all creation. Before form, before movement, before breath—there is Ether.
It is the ELMNT of stillness and possibility, the unseen space that allows the other elements to exist and interact. Ether is not emptiness as absence, but openness as infinite potential.
In meditation, Ether invites us into the space of being rather than doing. It is the realm of intuition, higher awareness, and deep listening—the place where insight emerges and connection is felt beyond words. Here, we rest in awareness, soften into presence, and return to the source from which clarity, creativity, and calm naturally arise.

Breathwork Session
Air is the ELMNT of breath, movement, and life force. It is the invisible current that connects the inner world to the outer, carrying energy, awareness, and vitality through every moment. With each inhale and exhale, Air reminds us that breath is both a physical act and a bridge between body and mind.
It is the ELMNT of flow and expansion, representing clarity, circulation, and the constant exchange that sustains life. Air brings motion to stillness, lightness to heaviness, and space where tension once lived. Through breath, we engage with the present moment and activate the body’s natural rhythms of balance and renewal.
In breathwork, Air becomes a tool for regulation and release. Guided breathing invites us to soften the nervous system, clear mental fog, and restore a sense of ease within the body. Here, breath leads the way—awakening energy, deepening awareness, and creating room for clarity, calm, and grounded vitality to return naturally.
